Our model of community development is grounded within the integration of property management principles and human services that provide resources and access so that individuals may design and achieve their own destinies.

Our organization has taken a unique approach to the development and enhancement of low-income housing communities in Madison, WI and Milwaukee, WI. In both these cities we have developed sustainable management in traditionally unsustainable environments, taking traditional housing management to a new level of holistic community development. We built Community Learning Centers at each site in order to integrate programs and services that focus on human growth and development at every life stage into the housing community itself. Residents are hired to run not only the housing management but also coordinate all the social programs offered in the Community Learning Centers.

The success of these communities and the individuals within them shatter stereotypes typically surrounding low-income housing and show the true talents and ambitions of the individuals within them. Since our programs have started we have virtually eliminated drop outs and truancy issues, among having many other positive impacts.
